Today I saw a message through one of my friend's WhatsApp statuses where it said, "Peace and Expectation normally don't go along".
It is an absolutely true statement because it has an astrological connection as well.
Let me share a wonderful insight with you on this note: When you talk about peace what is that you mean?
peace means comfort
peace means fulfillment
peace means relaxation
peace means happiness
and all of these are traits of your 4th house in your horoscope.
Let me ask you a question: do you think the children in their childhood have peace? The answer is yes because all they care about is happiness, joy and have no expectations.
They are least bothered about materialistic things; all they want is love, and all they want is company of their parents, and all of these are characteristics of your 4th house.
Do you know which planet is exalted over here? It is Jupiter.
What do you mean by Jupiter?
It is your internal happiness; it represents containment, so when you have a good and well placed Jupiter in your chart it showcases that you might have a blissful childhood and you will find peace at your home, and this is also what cancer represents. (cancer here is referring to the 4th zodiac sign in your horoscope.)
Now, when the quote said peace and expectation don't normally go along, this is true because when you see Jupiter, it has multiple aspects, among those the second aspect which goes to its 7th position, which is your 10th House.
The 10th house represents your expectations and also represents your workplace.
Why is expectation related to the 10th House? Because when you work, you have specific expectations, or I can say you have specific goals to achieve wherein if you get peaceful or if you have a laid-back attitude you will be fired from your workplace, or you will never be able to complete your goals.
And do you know which planet is exalted in the 10th house? It is Mars.
As per BPHS, planet Mars has red eyes; let's decode this further.
When you are focusing on a particular task or you stare at a particular thing for a longer time, you get red eyes, which represent your concentration level.
Mars represents fire, so when you have fire in your workplace, it encourages you to complete your goals and meet targets.
But imagine, what if you had Jupiter over here? It is known as a soft planet, and you cannot be soft at your workplace to achieve your goal; you need to have that kind of drive within you to achieve your goals in a decided span of time.
Now let's take another hypothetical situation wherein you have Mars in your 4th house, which is its debilitation state.
Because Mars represents fire and the cancer sign is a watery sign.
So, Mars does not fit into this case, as it is opposite tatav.
This is an example: as soon as you get into your home, the rivalry or fight or heated argument starts beginning. In some bad cases, it creates a situation where your own kids might not like when you are at home because you would always tell them to do work with having high expectations from them as compared to their age.
And Mars is not capable of delivering the love that Jupiter can provide because Mars is considered to be a malefic planet. What do I mean by 'malefic'? The planet can do anything to achieve the goals which might not be liked by your kids or your family.
Now to summarize, if Mars is exhaulted, its 7th aspect will fall onto the 4th house, which indicates a connection between Mars and the 4th house, which is not good as per the above explanation.
So whenever Mars is exhaulted in your chart, that means you would have high expectations, and you may have troubles in your childhood, which may disturb your peace.
If you have Jupiter in your 4th house, this will not lead to a good professional life because Jupiter sitting in the 4th house will give you peace, but Jupiter's 7th aspect, which falls onto your 10th house, may make you softer, which might not let you achieve your goal and not meet your expectations.
Therefore, peace and expectation don't normally go along.
